Learn about home or apartment-scale growing systems for producing your own food and fertilizer, indoors or out. Featuring Bill Shores, a professional organic grower specializing in small-scale intensive food production. Includes an introduction to the applications of permaculture to creating a peaceful, sustainable culture, by Rael Bassan, CUP coordinator. Summary handouts will be available. Free and open to the public.
